For me it’s pretty much all… Depends on my mood. My favorite definitely has an age of power gap.

Diddy Kong. Up to today, my favorite fiction character. In the original DKC1, I like his looks and personality. I wish him the best of luck with Dixie.

SNES made me furry with its DKC1.

A friend of mine way way back had somehow hacked his oldskool generation 1 Xbox to be able to play NES, SNES and Genesis emulators… albeit, not fantastically… but still….

Xbox… But hear me out! It was the first gaming console I chose and bought for myself at age 16 I think and it was the first console with built-in Ethernet so when Xbox Live came out, only people with broadband could play. This was my first time being able to play games online without it being a horrible experience.

It also was the easiest console to mod and upgrade the hard drive. You could copy game discs directly to the hard drive too. I remember websites that would tell you trailer and logo files you could remove from the game files to keep the installs thin.

I also made it into a media center to play music and movies.

So yeah… My favorite but not really due to games but due to the versatility of the hardware.

As for who were my first “Cub Crushes?”

In order — Buster Bunny from Tiny Toons, Kit Cloudkicker from Talespin, Tails the Fox from Sonic SatAm, Skippy Squirrel from Animaniacs, and later on when Disney Channel’s Toon Disney would air late night re-runs of the 1986 Care Bears cartoon I had a… strange fascination with Hugs n’ Tugs… I thought they were kinda cute.

That theme tune still bangs!

FUGA is a fav, but it feels too recent. I was scared to play the first one, thinking that Malt was scripted to sacrifice himself. It was such an intense playthrough, as I loved them all and didn’t want to lose them. Jin stole my heart though and his feud with Britz I was living for that ship!! So hot and I loved their chemistry.

My first furry cub crush I think was either Mamoru-kun or Kit Cloudkicker. Also Simba which .. not very original but yes. Even when I was a little boy, seeing Nala and Simba wrestle made my peepee tickle.

i think the first character i really had a crush on was elh melizee from solatorobo, and then i fell in love with klonoa, panashe, and mamoru-kun!

and currently i have a massive crush on a lot of the characters from fuga: melodies of steel :>

i really don’t know how little tail bronx has such cute character designs but i’ve fallen in love with so many of it’s characters that it’s ridiculous, even the kemono characters from cyberconnect2’s other projects like full bokko heroes are soO CUTE

there’s a couple more underrated characters i like too like rurimaru from shinrabansho, nap zack from tail tale, and cane from fairy musketeers :3c

I played the demo’s of PS1 and N64 when those systems were brand new (gawd I’m friggin’ old).

Played the demo of N64 at Wal-Mart (the games in the kiosk back then were Mario 64 and Zelda: Ocarina of Time)

Played the demo of PS1 at a K-Mart (the games in the kiosk were – hehe, Tail Concerto and Klonoa)

And there was another time I played a PS1 demo at a Sears that had “Sled Storm” and the thing I remember most about that game is that it had REAL SONGS as the soundtrack, so it had this one specific remix of Rob Zombie’s “DRAGULA” song.

And I played demo of the “Virtual Boy” in that same Sears when the VB was a brand new thing, and yes, the rumors were true, playing it gave you intense migraines… lol…

the ps1! i grew up with a few ps1 games, but what makes the ps1 my favorite is looking back on all the cool games i missed or good games that fell under the radar. stuff like tail concerto and klonoa are major inspirations for kemono! i’d even argue that tail concerto defined the kemono style/fanbase the most out of any piece of media. and there’s a lot of experimental titles like LSD: dream emulator or moon: remix RPG adventure that i love

I found a website that will do Batch Conversion, but you have to pay for “credits” lol….

It would only do 1 to 14 out of the 38 pages of the “Trouble” doujin comic

then says “you have ran out of credits.” LOL… if I want 15 to 38, I gotta buy more credits.

I still think this is a run for popularity, acceptance and validation. They need people to attack in order to appear to be righteous. Another enemy will be fabricated every time one enemy is defeated. This is never going to stop, unless people actually get a life and try to make themselves look virtuous by doing real virtuous things. Those people are losers who can’t raise their self-esteem without resorting to bashing others.

As you feel, I feel. I believe that the people who are against us want acceptance more than anything. They know it makes no sense to attack anybody for drawing things that do not exist. They just want to appear better than others and, thus, receive validation. It is virtue signalling.
Someone tried to cancel me before and it failed because I did not have a Twitter account. They knew me, knew where I was blogging and who I was online. But nothing at all came out of it, except for a boost in my popularity, because it is very difficult to cancel someone who is not in the same platform as you. Plus, my presences are not linked to each other, meaning that a thing that happens to one account does not affect the others, even if they do the same thing.

Yeah, if I ever figure out a way to do it in batches, I’ll let you know! Manually doing it is beyond painful lmfao

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuck…. well, it’s great that MS Paint will do the conversion, but not great that I’ll be stuck doing this – page by page – for 38 entire pages…

It’s an image format that Google created - ostensibly to reduce image file sizes so that higher resolution images don’t gorge themselves on expensive server space, but it’s annoying as fuck because they still aren’t necessarily universally recognized and I run into problems like this from time to time where a piece of software I want to use just refuses to recognize them as anything but gibberish lol

Just use Paint. No, literally, I’m serious - just use Paint. I dunno’ why PS has such a hissy fit about them, but whenever I need to convert a webp over to something else I always just “Save As” in MS Paint to do it. Haven’t had an issue yet, even if that does mean I have to go in and manually re-save every individual image.

So I was gunna Upload and Tag all of the first “Trouble” comic by takagi kyou (高木喬) – I realized while looking at the old saved folder I snagged from Wildcritters almost a decade or more ago – it only goes up to 20 pages, I found an upload here that has all 38 pages of it (omfg, do I REALLY wanna sit here and tag and upload for 38 pages? Gawd damn!!!! I’ll go crazy!)

Well I ran into an unfortunate problem…. so even if I wanted to sit and do all that, I can’t do it anyway! The files in the Zip I downloaded from the link below are all in “.webp” format, and I have no idea what format that is. I tried opening it in Photoshop in the hopes that maybe - just maybe, it would know what format it is and I could convert them to PNG files one by one, but Photoshop just gives me an error when I try loading the files.

BlueSky can upload them and they show up as an actual picture there, but right now that is useless to me, cuz I just want to convert the files into PNG files…

Yeah, I mean Twitter fucking sucks and it’s broken as shit thanks to Elon trying to turn it into his little Cash Crop (YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE THE DM’S, THEY ARE A FINITE RESOURCE, YOU CAN RUN OUT THEM) and his other shady ass ideas, like putting features that used to be FREE behind a Pay Wall… and yeah, I get banned for slight infractions… but at least Twitter never really seemed to give a shit about Furry Cub or Shota Artwork… and Bsky going in this direction just makes me pissed off and disappointed…
