female/intersex + intersex/female

I just shared a few artworks by a user whose username has small variations, but on Linktree they go by rinusagi, so I think it should be prioritised, while rinusagii and rinusagiii should be aliased to it.

Since Dillocircus has been demoted, I have no idea who is still around to edit tags now.

Tag snickers (bluey) is in the wrong category, it should be in the official character category.
