Three ways:
- You can actually just change the file extension to .jpeg/.jpg and it will work with a lot of things, including some website uploads (at least those that don't get anal about correct MIME types).
- On Windows 10+, webp files are opened with the pre-included Photos app, and you will automatically be prompted to save as another format (Usually .png IIRC). These saves can then be fully opened in Photoshop or any other image editor
- I don't remember if that app was in Windows 9 (which I was still using until 2022 lol), but I assume it's almost certainly in Window 11

[This extension](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/save-image-as-png/nkokmeaibnajheohncaamjggkanfbphi) will let you save as JPEG (multiple compression levels), PNG or regualr animated gifs. It also works for .avif files, which while not common for art, you may run into occasionally if you do a lot of image search like me.
- if you're a Firefox user like me, it's also available for that browser.
