**Inkbunny** allows both drawn and generated cubs, but the AI images must be done with open-source models, have metadata (description or text file in the same submission),no human porn, and follow some additional conditions. No human porn regardless of means.
**All the Fallen** allows both drawn and generated cubs, but the moderators decide if it stays or not. They can reject it if they think it's low-quality / irrelevant / too realistic, for AI they ask not to post more than 4 similar images.
**Pixiv** allows both drawn and generated cubs, but because of one Japanese law, genitals must be censored (a bar or a few, or a mosaic effect). Nipples, anuses and sexual fluids don't need censoring.
**E621** allows drawn cubs as long as there's no human lolisho as well. But it has to approved by a moderator too.
